Bought my donor car

I finally got my donor car for my KITT replica today. I happen to stumble on one of the best deals I have ever seen, so I impulse bought it. Never thought I would have done that ever...especally with a car. Anywho I got a Firebird 82 SE for 1800 USD. It included the round shifter (of course) PMD sea...

Re: Kitt's soft side

Here's something you could call fan art, but art in a different form: A soft KITT toy! It is totally made by me, hand sewn! I had a little fight with the side windows, they went to wrong places all the time. This KITT has some cardboard inside supporting the form, and it's filled with soft textile ...

Did you get the inspection done on your car yet? Any knight parts installed? I have not bid on it. I rather have a season 1/2 to be honest, I have never really fancied convertables. Ten to one I am going to get a T/A out of Southren CA, since I am here in Fresno. Besides, no undercarage cancer from...

82 convertable?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1982-Tra ... dZViewItem

Found this on ebay today, it looks like it has the rare 82 shift knob even!

My question is was there any TA convertables that came out in that year or is it someone's own modification?

Thanks guys ^^

1983 Kenner Talking KITT

The other day I snagged the 83 talking KITT off of ebay. It was in awesome condition, but the voice does not work. I was really shocked upon opening it up to see what the problem could possibly be and found the whole system to run off of a turn table. I am also afraid that I might have stratched it ...

That is actually a nice display of stereotyping by the writers and an insult to the fandom. My sentiments exactly. *irritating* The writers of Law and Order always seem to poke fun at the fandom communities. Did anyone see Law and order CI (Criminal intent) about some lady ripping off loney fanboys...

I see a lot of third gens advertised in the local auto trader here in Bakersfield, CA. for about 2 grand or less. Chances are that perfect 82-84 will be totally beat to hell and no where near good mechanical order. You'll end up spending less getting a newer model and adding the correct fenders, ho...

Well I ended up not getting the car. I guess it was for the better, besides like I said my parents would have most likey shot me.

I have been keeping an eye on ebay, I am hoping when I get the money I can snag a donor car close to my area.
