Re: Knight 2000 Model - In Complete Form

I hope if we get a new series we get to see more of the goodies that are in Charles Graiman's garage.

Re: mustang

I just think people can't grasp that it's not the same KITT. How can you like the fake Banshee and not like the Shelby? Doesn't make sense.

Re: Kitt diecast ideas

On the main page (top left hand corner) search for Knight Rider. That's how I found it. Took me a while because it wouldn't find it from any of the other pages that had search.

I like to think he uploaded his program back to FLAG HQ in the nick of time. And people think the new movie had big plotholes.

I missed that. I was hoping for the Knight chesspiece logo on the tail of the plane.

Re: KITT should have been TRANS AM

The 82 Trans-Am had what? A whopping 180-185 hp from the 305? Also nothing like those big block 454s from the mid to late 70s that barely squeezed out 200 hp.

Re: Welcome! New to the Board: Please read

Don here. Longtime lurker. I mean real longtime. Been a fan since the original show started. Liked KR2000 but kinda glad they didn't do a show without the Hoff. Looking back now I could have done without 57 Chevy KITT or the red Banshee knockoff. The Knight 4000 made an appeareance in the CHIPS reun...

I think most of them ate paint chips as kids.

IMDB is no better. I used to read the board for LOST over there but it was like reading a bunch of spew from people who like to hear themselves talk.

Guy in that first shot looks like Chris Parnell from SNL!

No the worst body double is in the movie Speed. Some big dude was supposed to be Sandra Bullock for a couple shots.

Re: mustang

Wow. Another person who joined just to complain. I thought the Shelby looked great. Even attack mode. The double spoiler makes sense at the speeds he was going. It doesn't make sense on a Honda Civic that has a top speed of 85 mph. The last Cobra R had a rear spoiler that was sorta similar to the on...

Good one FuzzieDice!

Only thing I would have added would to elaborate on the what happened to KITT, Michael, FLAG, etc, but theres only so much story you can do in 2 hours on television. That's why I hope we get a new series.

Re: THEME song just horrible!

Unbelievable! It's such garbage. GLEN LARSON probably had no clue what he got into doing this. He should just promote KNIGHT RIDER original and stick with that. He had something to do with this theme song? what the first 5 seconds. Why do these fools have to make it such futureistic. Just keep it s...

Jeeze quit whining about the Shelby. You'de probably been even more irriated since the first choice for the Knight 2000 was a 280z.

I thought it was fantastic. Definatly a great setup for a new series (let hope). Kilmer's voice was perfect. Anyone not watching because the car is a Mustang is definatly missing out. Lets hope we see more of The Hoff around as well.

Re: Kitt diecast ideas

Hotwheels makes a nice 1:18 07/08 GT-500 but it's not GT-500KR. Hopefully they'll do a KR soon since they have the Shelby license. I've already seen people trying to hock the 1:64 Hotwheels GT-500 on ebay painted to look like KITT.
