The books are not hardback so they need the extra protection.

I purchased mine in Vegas in person, at KRFII, as it was cheaper for me.
It was cheaper to fly to Vegas than get one shipped???

Only kidding!

It's a heavy book! 1.7 kilogrammes in total. Also, I have had to get specially made boxes to protect the books in transit so the £8 is for post and packing.

I'm not making any profit from this, I'm doing it as a favour to Nick.

UK sales of the Knight Rider Companion now available!

Hi guys! Nick Nugent has asked me to sell some of his books in the UK, unfortunately, I'm limited to only 19 copies. As you know, buying from here will save on postage and I reckoned on a £13 saving compared to buying from the States. I'm selling via eBay, click on the link http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/...

Having met and got to know Nick at Knightcon, I can wholeheartedly say that he is one of the nicest and knowledgeable people in the Knight Rider community. While remaining outspoken, Nick is also a humble individual who, I think, is still in awe of the following Knight Rider still enjoys. Just seein...

I think just any that you can load voices to, such as the Tomtom.

Some brands just use the included voices so do some research before you buy.

Close, it was a Bertone Stratos. I assume it was a concept car based on the original Lancia.

Re: That is so ugly - KITT in Mad Max Style 2009

From what I can see, he's covered the interior in fabric that looks too dark, he's made a bag for the t-tops and extended the exhausts tips. All in all, a waste of time because it hasn't improved the model at all! And what on earth has he done with the dash? :?

Hi Rich. Good luck with the sale!

I'd hate to have to sell my Knight Rider collection. The wife won't let me have a 1:1 scale model, so I have to make do with the models!

Re: FOR SALE!!! KITT Matsushiro 1982 R.C. Car!!

To be fair, I know of at least 2 people who have one and I also have one, complete but without the badges, in good working order and I paid £15 for mine.

Yours is in great condition but slightly overpriced. The starting price will be putting people off.

It seems pointless.

That is a bizzare looking car! Definately looks like an amalgamation of 2 different cars!

Is it Argentinian? I've read from somewhere that in the '80's, they just used any black sports car as a Knight Rider model.

Re: Your Ideal Die-cast model for Knight Rider!

How about RCIII's motorbike, or Devon's Mercedes!! Or the old Studebaker that Michael swaps the Merc for in "Soul Survivor".

Or, long stretch this one, ERTL could bring out an accurate die-cast of KITT!!

Re: 1/6 scale KITT on the horizon-opinions needed

I'd be interested in see the finished product. As it looks now, it needs some major adjustments. Not meaning to be overly critical as I admire anyone who attempts such a project, but the whole front end needs alot of work. A friend recently build me a custom KITT from a 1:16 Pontiac Firebird and he ...

Re: Anyone know anything about this Kitt 3000 model??

Hi. This is just a Shelby Mustang GT500 KR, not an official Knight Rider release. It's a very nice model and can be modified but, alas, no scanner. Modelzone sell them for £35.

In case you were wondering, the KR stands for King of the Road.

A friend of mine bought one of these. It had NO LED's, NO Knight Rider software and NO William Daniels voice. My friend got a refund but it truly would be a waste of time.

Avoid!!
