Re: what did you really think?

Well, might as well get into this (and this is quite a long post)... I wanted to avoid this new series. I really did. Everything that I had seen up until I actually watched the episode did nothing to stir my interest. If anything, it was detracting any resolve that I had for wanting to give this new...

I think it's done rather well. If you can visualize the end of this scene, it's got a sorta creepy vibe to it.

Is there any more? Who wrote this?

^^^Someone who doesn't like Knight Rider as much as us? Just a thought...doesn't make him a "big jerk off". I would prefer that they use an unknown, though. Moreover, I would hope that they would do what Tobey Maguire did for the Spiderman movies. Nobody really knew of Tobey until he donne...

Kitt explained why He didn't just Turbo Boost out of the container in Kittnap. He couldn't pick up enough speed to penetrate steel. Trajectory Guide just guides the angle in which Kitt jumps it doesn't have anything to do with how powerful the Boost has to be. In the car crusher from Blind Spot Kit...

I've watched every episode on DVD for the past several months, just finishing up this last Monday with Voodoo Knight. It's so predictable for KITT to NOT do something, simply for driving the storyline and the episode. Now then, here's a potential reason: Think back to Knight of The Phoenix when Devo...

Introduce KITT in the original '82 at the beginning of the film, then update him with a new and improved look during..... Herbie, the Gen. Lee, and the Torino are iconic in their own right. On the other hand, consider this: KITT changed throughout the 4-season run of the series, just in different ch...

Re: This movie needs to be a comedy....

I know what you guys are thinking, " not another comedy remake!!!!". But try to look at this with an open mind. Michael Knight played by...Will Ferrell, he would be perfect!!!! Make him wear 80's style clothing and keep KITT the same...It is comic gold!!! This would be my dream movie. And...

With the recent recent releases of movie-to-video games lately, I wouldn't hold my breath for a great game. Batman Begins was way too easy, and slightly dissapointing, and IMO didn't hold up to the original movie. I heard the same with Episode III's version. What they need to do is, if they should t...

Wannabegeorge, I just wanted to say that your CG KITT is the best one I've seen out there. I've seen others, but damn if yours doesn't beat em all.

Excellent work.

Is there any way to tell on the packaging if it's been fixed or not, or what batch number it was? Anything? Bueller? Bueller?

Funny enough, in 1996 we should have launched a spacecraft with a family, a crazy doctor, and an obnoxious robot with vacuum tube arms who get 'lost in space'.....

....and even to this day, the flying car is still out of reach.

/I'll settle for the talking, self-driving car, though.

So only a couple of clips of KITT, yet the over-glamorized Gen. Lee and Batmobile still dominate the pavement. I got nothing against the Batmobile...but what in the heck is so fascinating about that overglamorized orange-on-wheels?! The Batmobile and KITT could easily destroy that car (figuratively,...

Knight Rider Costume

So yesterday I had to go over to Target and pick up a garden hose for this pressure washer I'm using to clean off our back patio. Before I did, I often perused the electronics clearance section of Target to find some good deals (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City for less than $10), and I noticed that Targ...

Aside from the color of the plastic, nothing. Others I've talked to have said there have been the side vents on the original MPC release, but I've never seen them and I've built two MPC kits.

I've built the original MPC release and the AMT/ERTL re-release, and the molds are the same. No side fender air vents, that stupid lettering on the front bumper....

Some sand paper and a sharp xacto knife are all you need to accurize the kit.

So KITT is no longer streamlined? They just decided to rip-off Spyhunter and have all sorts of gizmos pop up all around him and make it look obnoxious.

One of the best things I loved about KITT was that he was self-contained (well, save for SPM). This just looks stupid.

Sound system, CD player, glove box.....I'd trade it all for turbo boost, Super Pursuit Mode, a sweet looking car...and Auto Drive (falling asleep 200 miles from home is NOT a pleasant experience).

KITT rules. 'Nuff said. :D
