What I meant was its a model, in the show they didn't use a real plane it was a model, and the CGI one from KR08 is the same. Fake looking cockpit windows and all.

Really the mustang is easy to explain.... It was part of KI3T's programming... maybe it was left on his CHIP that was put into KARR. KARR knew KITT was in Mustang form... What better to chase him down in then another Mustang... Works for me? lol but If you insist on just being nitpicky go for it.
