Canada does things the same way England does. Each season is a 'series', so yeah this is the 'series finale' in that it's the 'Season finale' here in the US.

I'm all for KITT Growing, etc. But this episode made him look a tad on the belligerent side.

I think that the Gatling guns and KITTs overall snippyish lines with mike are a sign of things to come. Forget the fact that it was machine guns. KITT got angry with Mike in this episode. He's not supposed to have feelings, especially anger. I think it's a nice hint of things to come.
