Visuallly, I like it, but in terms of actual use, it's completely pointless. Personally, I'd endure really bad, obvious CGI effects just as long as it actually DID SOMETHING in that mode.

Indeed. Maybe I've turned into a crazed fanboy, but the Firebird/Trans Am in its second, third and forth generations have pretty much become my favorite "non-crazy expensive foreign" car. I guess it's the way the headlights are done.
