If you were to find were they live I think it would be fnu just to have a KI3T clone sitting out front with the scanner lights going back and forth and have it make some commits every onve in a while

actually mecadees already has a car that has adaptive cruise control and can come to a complete stop if need be. Add I think lexus has a car that can park itseld so I don't think we are far off from having a car that can drive its self.

I would say that this is were KARR comes in to play

I've actually heald the parts in my hands as I was bolting them on and off and the bumpers are made of Polyurethane. The rest of the car is made of fiberglass. Even the floor. And it makes one big mess when one is rearended.

The fiberglass nose thing...the real reason that the TV car could not be sold and used on real US roads is that it was (and to my knowledge still is) illegal to have a red light working on the front of a vehicle unless it is a firetruck or ambulance. My though was that most of the car is made of nano but no all of it and it doesn't go to the trouble of makeing sure every thing inside him is protected. Just makes sure that no water or anything else for that matter can get in.

I thought this show was definitly the way it should be with it mostly being about Mike and KITT. But I think it would have been cool if KITT would have turbo boosted over the river.

IF the made it out of plastic it would have worked. The bumper has to withstand a 5mph hit with out any damage. Thats something fiberglass wouldn't have been able to do.
