Re: Season 2?

I don't think it has been confirmed but considering it's nearly a year since filming the last episode, it kinda says it all really.

Re: KITT in Smokey and the Bandit 3?

So I'm in Wally world and see that they now have DVD threequils of really cheasy movies and all for 13$. I thought there was only two S&B's but I was wrong there where THREE so I def bought it :). I watched it and soon realized why nobody acknowledges the third one but it was entertaining. No B...

Re: KITT in Smokey and the Bandit 3?

Thanks for the answers!! I wish they made a cannonball run 3 movie DVD. If anybody sees it let me know :). I believe they did but it was labeled as a movie called speed zone. Pretty good movie as well. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speed_Zone" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;!...

Knight Rider on Fiver UK

I don't know if this has already been reported (apologies if it has) but i've just quickly glimped a tv ad for the new Knight Rider series that will be shown on Fiver in the UK. Fiver is available free on digital tv unlike SCi-Fi channel, so it might win some more supporters. **update** It's on Thur...

Re: UK members to get Knight Rider on Sci Fi.

Well it's better than nothing I guess. Sci-Fi Channel doesn't really have many viewers though does it. KR belongs on a mainstream terrestial channel. Not everyone has Sky or Virgin and Sci-Fi isn't on Freeview.

I did laugh at the show stopping special effects comment.

Moan over. :D

I'm sorry but it is a mash-up and clips put together.

There was me thinking that you'd be showing us material you filmed yourself.

Re: What will happen in the season final?

[quote="cloudkitt"]But what do you call our series'? quote] It's still refered to as 'series'. If it was a new season, it would mostly likely just be called a new series, e.g "Knight Rider returns with a new series". If it was a totally new show from scratch it would probably be ...

Re: What will happen in the season final?

Because it was not correct. This is not the 'series' finale - it's the 'season' finale. For now at least. I'd guess that he's from somewhere in Europe, possibly the UK where for some reason they refer to a season as a series where of course a series here in North America is encompasses an entire sh...

Gay used to mean happy, then it changed to mean homosexual. I guess it's now evolving again to mean lame.

Isn't Victor banned from this boards?

Anyway, if the movie was made (I very much doubt it will imo) people on here will still complain how it's not like the original. The Hoff IS Michael Knight and always will be.

Re: So what is the reboot?

Hi there, This is my first post so please forgive any errors. I live in England so haven't been able to watch any of the first eight new episodes but have seen the original pilot from February several times and loved it ! So I obviously can't pass any sort of judgement on how the series is going. I...

They could in my opinon. I've mentioned the same idea on here before.

I don't know about costing as such, but I assume jumping a fake Mustang would be cheaper than a real one. And it would certainly look better! It worked ok in the original series.

Re: Why new KR may never be aired in the UK . . .

What about TKR? There were ford vehicles left, right and centre! Yeah but did Ford have a major say in the show? Besides, they were more subtle about the advertising from what I remember compared to what I have read on here. Anyway, i've given up waiting for it to be shown over here as I feel we'll...

Re: Why new KR may never be aired in the UK . . .

The laws and regulations are being examined and there's a strong possibility that they're gonna allow this kinda advertising to pass, as well as other stuff where companies put their logos on screen (a bit like a logo of the channel you're watching appears in the corner). I'm really detesting how B...

I love the stock footage at the end of the clip as "KARR" goes over the cliff. If memory serves me correct it was borrowed from the film 'The Car'.

Re: Why new KR may never be aired in the UK . . .

I don't really see it being too much of a problem, editting is a wonderful tool. They'll want to sell the show to as many countries as possible, which I assume would help fund the show for it to continue filming for longer than 1 or 2 series. My only concern is that they put it on a *?$# channel lik...

I had a vision the other day of seeing the KI2T & the KI3T going to save MK with the help of Senior MK. I was envisioning them in one episode flying down the desert and through some traffic swerving in and out in a sequence. Most of all I could picture them doing this with the song "Viva L...

Michael Caine is awful at accents. To be a replacement of Edward Mulhare wouldn't be right at all.
