It was quite appropriate and well casted, I thought. However, in KR2000, he sounded absolutley terrible. The "computerised" sound was gone, and he was rude, and swore. Well, compared to the series, "crap" was pretty bad. His voice just sounded like a voice-over, dubbed in later,...

I dunno about KITT's scanner being off a mistake or not.

There were several times where it was turned off. But KITT never complained about being unable to see...

What was with the different scan speeds? Sometimes it would go slow, then fast, then in between...

Anyone know?
