Please upload your video in a compressed format (zip or sit) with your first and last name as the filename. For instance if you are Michael Knight your compressed file should be named "michael_knight.zip"
Legal file name characters are 1-9, a-z, A-Z, _, -
Inside the compressed file should be your video saved at at least 640x480 resolution in either AVI, MOV or MP4 extensions (preferably in the MPEG4/H264 codec). Also include a text file containing your full name, email address and a brief description of the video.
